What is your Returns Policy?

On the rare occasion that you are not satisfied we will be more than happy to offer a refund or an exchange (subject to availability). You should return the unworn item to us in it’s original packaging with Blinks London tag attached and with relevant purchase receipts within 14 days from receipt of your order. We're unable to accept
returns where the item has had the Blinks London tag removed or tampered with. Please see our Refund Policy here.

What is the process to return an item?

You have 14 days starting from the day after you receive your order to contact us before returning a product at hello@blinkslondon.com.
A return needs to be approved via email before being sent back to us. If we receive random items, we reserve the right not to process the return and/or contact you. We will not send the item to its return address at the expense of Blinks London.

If your return is approved you then have up to 14 days to ensure this item is delivered back to us.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage and any taxes or additional fees for returning the product. For UK returns, we strongly recommend sending items back either using 'Royal Mail' Special
Delivery' using the correct insured service, or a similar courier service with adequate insurance so that you are covered for any loss. Blinks London are not liable for the item if it gets lost on route back to us.

How long will it take to my process return?

Once we've sent you an email to confirm receipt, we'll process your return and apply a refund within 3-5 working days.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we apply your refund as standard it can take up to 3-5 working days to appear in your account depending upon your card issuing bank.

I'd like to exchange an item for an alternative, how do Ido this?

We provide you 14 days starting from the day after you have received your order to contact us at hello@blinkslondon.com to inform us of
your wish to exchange your item. if the exchange is approved, you'll then have
up to 14 days to ensure this item is delivered back to us. Any return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

How long will it take to dispatch my replacement for an exchange after you've received my returned item?

We aim to dispatch your exchange within 2 working days.
If we're applying a refund too owing to a product price difference, once we apply your refund as standard it usually takes between 3-5 working days to appear in your account depending upon your card issuing bank.

What should I do if I have received damaged or defectiveitems?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@blinkslondon.com.
