Products
Are your products genuine gold?
Yes. We guarantee that all of our gold jewellery is gebuine gold. We use only industry certified suppliers who are fully compliant to the strict EU Reach Regulations which ensures precious metal jewellery to be
produced to the highest quality and also free from harmful substances. By law all gold jewellery items that weigh 1 gram or more must carry a hallmark and we can guarantee that all of our products which fall in this criterion are therefore hallmarked.
How is your jewellery packaged?
All of our products are packaged within a presentation gift box. Items themselves are individually protectively packaged in airtight
packaging bags to prevent discolouration and scratches. You'll then be able to easily check the item for its suitability in length, thickness, style or weight upon receipt. This will also make it easier for you to return back to us just in case the product doesn't meet your satisfaction.
How do I care for my jewellery?
If you get it wet; avoid splashing chemicals directly ontoyour jewellery such as perfumes or aftershaves or lotions.
Dry your jewellerywith soft materials
If you're applying cosmetics, it's always best allow them to dry first on your clothing or body.
Putting your jewellery on last is always recommended.

What is 'hallmarking'?
A hallmark is an official distinctive mark or series of marks struck on items of precious metal such as Gold, Silver, and Platinum, and
in some countries Palladium to authenticate the fineness / purity. Commonly a hallmark will comprise of three compulsory marks; the sponsor’s mark, the standard mark and the assay office mark, with a fourth mark known as the date letter which is optional.

What are 'International Convention' marks?
The hallmarking convention is an international treaty between contracting countries which has been established to facilitate and promote the cross-border trade of precious metal items in compliance to
industry standards of quality control. Those who participate in the convention
recognise that items, which have been marked with the Convention Common Control Mark (CCM) and which are of legal fineness / purity can enter their territory
without any additional control or rehallmarking. The CCM mark is therefore
recognised as a symbol of quality not only by the contracting countries but also those worldwide.
