What payment methods do you accept?

To suit every customer we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Union Pay.

My payment wasn't successful...

This may be to a number of reasons:

  • You've incorrectly entered card details
  • You've not completed the extra security check that your bank has put in place
  • You may have overrun the 15 minute security window in place for you to complete the checkout process
  • If shopping using your mobile data there may be an internet connection issue.
  • If you're using a bank card that has been issued outside of the U.K or Ireland we may not be able to complete our address checks

Why has my payment been declined?

From time to time your card issuing bank may not authorise payment. In such cases we recommend you contact your bank directly. If you're unsure, please contact us at hello@blinkslondon.com and we'll advise whether this is an issue on our side or your card issuing bank.

When will my credit / debit card be charged?

Once you've made payment on our website, your card issuing bank will set aside this transaction in your pending payments. This payment will then be transferred to us by the end of the day, usually at midnight

How long do refunds take?

Once we apply your refund as standard it can take up to 3-5 working days to appear in your account depending upon your card issuing bank.
