What delivery services do you offer?

Free for our customers, we use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, which is one working day after dispatch and is tracked, photographed and signed for.

My order is incomplete / missing items...

Please email us at hello@blinkslondon.com citing your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order.

When will my order be delivered?

Royal Mail's Special Delivery service is guaranteed to reach you one working day after dispatch, which will be the next working day of your order at the latest.

Can I amend the delivery address on my order?

We're unable to amend the delivery address on your order once placed. If we’ve not dispatched your order, you can contact us at hello@blinkslondon.com we will issue a
refund and you can replace a new order with the correct details.

How will my order be packaged?

Gold is a precious metal and deserves to be handled accordingly. After being inspected and boxed in our signature branded gift packaging, Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service will ensure your order arrives safely with you.
