When will my order be dispatched?
We endeavour to dispatch orders the same day we receive them, provided it’s a weekday (excluding bank holidays), if not, it will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following before 1pm.
How will you keep me updated with my order?
We'll keep you informed at every step and wll send you (1) an Order Confirmation email to confirm receipt of order (2) an email to confirm successful payment and specific
details for your order. (3) We'll also send you an Order Dispatch Confirmation email on the day that your order is handed over to our delivery partners an email to confirm it’s on its way. This email will include any relevant tracking numbers along with your invoice.
Why haven't I received an email to confirm my order hasbeen dispatched?
If you've received an email to confirm your order has been successful, it may be that your order is on hold. On occasion where there are incorrect details on your order relating to your delivery or billing
addresses or payment information not meeting our security checks we will have
contacted you by email, telephone or text requesting the missing information.
You should get back to us within 24 hours of this and assist us with the requested information. In the event all contact details provided with your order are incorrect, we'll cancel and refund your order in full.
Can I add items to my order?
If you need to add items to an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us at hello@blinkslondon.com.
